Dale Langille

Meet Dale Langille For Dale Langille, public service has never been about politics—it has always been about people. A lifelong resident of the Châteauguay Valley, Dale was raised in Hemmingford, where he and his wife built their home and raised their three adult children. His roots in the community run deep, and throughout his life he has been committed to helping neighbours, strengthening local organizations, and making the region an even better place to live, work, and raise a family. Dale's dedication to serving others has been evident in every chapter of his life. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, he cared for seniors and vulnerable residents with compassion while coordinating staffing and daily operations in a long-term care facility. As a municipal councillor for eight years, he worked to ensure local government remained accessible, accountable, and focused on the needs of the people it serves. Whether making difficult decisions at the council table or listening to residents' concerns, Dale has always believed that leadership begins with listening. His commitment extends far beyond public office. Dale has coached youth soccer and volleyball, served on numerous community committees, and coordinated volunteers through Service d'Action Bénévole Au Cœur du Jardin, bringing people together to support families and individuals throughout the region. He believes that strong communities are built by neighbours helping neighbours. Throughout his professional career, Dale has successfully led teams, managed facilities, coordinated budgets, and built lasting relationships with employees, clients, volunteers, and community partners. These experiences have strengthened his ability to solve problems, bring people together, and find practical solutions to complex challenges. Dale is also a proud Freemason, serving in leadership roles at the local, provincial, and national levels. These experiences have reinforced the values that continue to guide him every day: integrity, service, respect, and compassion. Fluent in both English and French, Dale believes our greatest strength is our ability to work together. He understands that meaningful progress comes from respectful dialogue, thoughtful leadership, and a willingness to put people before politics. Today, Dale is asking for your support because he believes our community deserves leadership that listens, acts with integrity, and never loses sight of the people it represents. His commitment is simple: to work hard every day, earn your trust, and help build a stronger, more prosperous future for everyone. Together, we can build a community where every voice matters, every family has opportunities to succeed, and every generation can look forward to a brighter future.
